Q: Will my DTF order be cut?
A: Small orders may be cut and shipped in a hard mailer however large orders will usually come in a large batch you will need to cut yourself. Large orders will come in a cylinder mailer.
Q: Will you cut my DTF order for me?
A: If you would like your order cut we can do it for a fee. Please email us and we can quote you on cutting.
Q: What is your sizing for DTF transfers?
A: Adult is 12", youth is 9", Baby is 6" and pocket is 4" on its longest side. Our old sizing may still be on some listings but please note this is our correct sizing and if you need something other than this please contact us or write a note on your order.
Q: What is your sizing for Libby UV DTF transfers
A: We have actually just changed this as of Sept 24/2023. Our sizing is 9.7" x 4.4". This change has happened thanks to customer feedback
Q: How much space should I have between each design on my gang?
A: enough to cut with a pair of scissors! It does not need much room. If you need more spacing and we are ganging or printing single images for you please leave us a note to do so. We are more than happy to accommodate as we know that some people will need some extra room.
Q: Do I have to pay the DTF "gang" fee for every sheet if I am ordering multiple sheets of the same gang?
A: No. If you are ordering 6 of the same sheets for example and you would like us to gang them, pay for 1 with the "gang" fee and the other 5 without that fee. This is only for the same sheets. If it is 6 different sheets then you need to pay that gang fee for each.
Q: Where can I get a copy of my receipt/order?
A: Log in to your account. If you have not made an account you can still gain access by making an account with the email you used to order with.
Q: My order arrived damaged/missing
A: You must contact us within 3 days of order arriving. Damaged orders will be replaced with Route.
Q: When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
A: Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. We are NOT in control of shipping prices.
Q: What happens if my order is lost?
A: If your order is lost, please do not fret. We cover the cost of ROUTE on your package for you. If your package has no movement in 2 business days please send us an email.
Q: What happens if my order says delivered but its not here?
A: You have 12 days to contact us from the time it states delivered to let us know it is lost. That way we can contact the courier and get started on the locating process.
Q: Can we use your mocks?
A: Yes!
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open from 10am-5pm Monday to Fridays. We tend to also work through the evenings and occasionally on weekends but messages outside these hours will not be responded to outside these hours.
Q: I placed an order for pick up, what hours can I pick up?
A: Between 10am-8pm every day of the week. If you need to arrange a later or earlier pick up you must message us 24 hours in advance. Please remember we do not work weekends and will not see your message if you try to contact us on the weekend.
Q: I emailed you, how long does it take to get a response?
A: 1-2 business days. Please do not send multiple messages on multiple platforms.
Q: What size are your 40oz transfers?
A: Top is 12.5" and bottom is 10.5". We understand this sizing does not work on all 40oz so if you need a different size please measure what you need and write a note in your order.
Q: I messaged the FB/Insta page and never heard back
A: We ask that all messages come to our email so that we can ensure all customer service inquiries and concerns are answered and streamlined into one space. We appreciate your help with this!
Q: What is DTF?

Q: What equipment do I need?
A: We highly suggest you use a heat press for Sublimation and DTF. For vinyl or UV you do not need a press. If you do not use the recommended equipment it us user error.
Q: Do you offer wholesale accounts?
A: We do! We have an application page on the website under the top menu category IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Our wholesale is aimed for businesses doing large quantity printing. For businesses that have not yet hit those numbers, do not fret.. we always keep everyone in mind and offer sales FREQUENTLY!
Q: What are the washing instructions?
A: UV DTF: do not soak or wash in dishwasher. Hand wash only. For DTF: we suggest you wash inside out, tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do not use bleach or softeners. Sublimation: Wash garments as per DTF instructions and for mugs and tumblers you can wash normally or use a dishwasher as long as it is per the mug or tumbler distributers instructions.
Q: What is your sizing for 20oz UV DTF transfers
Q: What is the difference between kiss cut and die cut?
A: What's the difference between a die cute sticker and a kiss cut sticker? They do look similar, but a die cut sticker has a backing that is cut to the exact shape of the design. A kiss cut sticker typically has a square backing around the design that's bigger than the sticker. When using the same artwork, both types of sticker can be cut into any shape and they both look exactly the same when applied to a surface. So, which should you choose?
Die cut are cut straight through the vinyl and paper backing to fit the exact shape of your design. This makes for a great looking sticker even before it's applied. Die cut are more popular because people tend to prefer their presentation.
Kiss cut are only cut through the vinyl -- the paper backing stays intact. You can print on the vinyl around a kiss cut sticker to add extra style to your design. Kiss cut are ideal for delicate designs as the backing helps protect your sticker while it's being transported. Kiss cut stickers also tend to be easier to peel so they're worth considering if you need to quickly peel lots of stickers. Because you can print on the vinyl around the sticker, they're great for adding extra design detail or information.
This is a personal preference so it is up to you to pick which one you would like!

Q: Does sublimation print white?
A: No. Sublimation does not print white. If the design has white in it the colour of the garment or sub item will show in those places where the white on the design is.
Q: Does DTF print white?
A: Yes!

A: Yes!
Q: Does ecosolvent print white onto vinyl?
A: YES! Ours does! :)
